  • Pass Day #3 all used up- Tracked but over indulged in junk food- road trip- in the car for 8 hours- no real exercise. Still successful for March. One to go.

  • To young me... Enjoy your youth, relish being healthy and be kind to your body- don't starve it or force feed it, try not to put too much alcohol or other substances into it- take care of it.
