  • I'm starting up working out again. I used to be a triathlete. And then I was in a motorcycle accident and gained a lot of weight. I have 135 pounds to lose. I keep giving up and starting over again because I still have that triathlete brain, and I know I've done better in the past. I just need to accept my new limitations…
  • I need one too! I have 135 pounds to lose.
  • I am 28 and have over a hundred pounds to lose. Early 20s weight was 180. One motorcycle accident later I'm 315. My goal is 180 again. I'll be your friend! I need some motivation as well. I'm brand new to this account. I tried weigh watchers, but it didn't seem to help me at all. So my doctor told me I should give this…
  • I'm starting my journey today. I downloaded the app yesterday and I'm going to begin to log everything I eat. So I can see where my struggles are. I plan on my actual working out schedule to happen on Monday. I am 315 pounds. I have a long way to go. The struggle is real, if you must.
  • I am 5'7 at 315 pounds. I want to get down to 180. My height and age scale says 150, but I was happiest at 180 when I was younger. I am struggling so hard.
  • I've made the most recovery I'll ever be able to make with my weight gain. I'm used to running like 6-12 miles a day and I can barley walk 3 now. Its just very frustrating. I did move my gym. I haven't been able to make myself go inside though. Basically I've been paying for a gym membership and I'm terrified to go in now.
