These electronic devices certainly are challenging !! Phone, computer, phone, microwave, even clocks and watches aren't what they used to be! But then....consider the many many facets of the Universe put together by out Creator God.

Yesterday did water aerobics in the apartment pool. May be the last time as the weather is turning cooler. All good things come to an end. perhaps that should be 'all things come to an end'

Not sleeping well. Under the 'no good deed goes unpunished' we had opened our home to a person in need and were left with bedbugs. Months later, $$$ later and I am still in distress with poor sleep. But it is a beautiful day and God is good to us!

There is a "Kansas City Chiefs" football game at noon...I'm going to get Dad into his ball cap and fleece Chiefs throw and get him down to the activity room where they should have the game on...perhaps he can enjoy the game with others. My 96 year old Dad's TV was not working. After 3 weeks got my son to come over and check it out. ... Dad had unplugged it! Why? He needs to use some brain cells in order not to lose them. TV is better than always total silence of being alone in his room. I need to find out when the next football game is and be down there…

Sunshine, hi 76. Great Day for a walk or bike ride. Then we do church Saturday 5pm. It is a smaller crowd and safer for my compromised Hubby.

30 degree drop in temperature overnight with the rain. I'm planning to walk outside today. Probably the park near my apartment. It has hill to climb, dam to cross, and a pond to walk around.

Thanks for putting your names in; I am Joyce. Last 8 days have worked extra and been overwhelmed. Rested yesterday and feel like a "Real Person" today. God is so good to provide refreshment! trying that 'weather' discussion next.

Hope I can squeeze in some exercise today! But too many errands to run. Maybe 20 minute work out with the 2 weights I have at home.

Praise be to God our Great Physician! After being super careful for one week, Hubby Lee's kidney function was back up. So he will continue being careful. And God is gracious!
