Sup buddy would love to link up. I just started back and am trying to loose weight and Bulk at the same time 😬 I for sure could use a accountability partner. I currently work ten hour days and around 3 pm I hit the gym hard for about 2 hours 5 days a week. I know sounds like a bit much but hitting 45 has made things harder…

Today was walking day. Walk at a brisk 3.5mph for 89 minutes for roughly 11,000 steps which is about 6miles. I will probably hit around 15,000 steps. Rest day tomorrow then Monday back at the grind with Leg day 🤦♂️ CW. 180 Goal wait 171 lean

I am taking things lightly when it comes to tracking devices. I am using my IPhone watch and phone. Usually I go out at 5:30am. and walk about 3 hours at a paved trail with 12% grades up and down throughout. Every mile that my watch goes off I stop and do 20 pushups, so if my watch ends my mile on a incline I do my…

Great advice, I do disagree with you on some points. 1. Yes loosing to much is bad if done wrong 😑 2. I just stated what I’ve been doing without specifics. 3. I do agree that there can be potential risks but done right is very beneficial. I am loosing weight but I’m also on a high protein diet and I resistance weight…
