Samsung Health is very good. They have a walking challange every month. Heartbeat moniter and calorie counter included as well. You can track other exercises besides walking and its compatible with my fitness pal

My advice is stick to what you like with exercise and diet. I lost 85 lbs 5 years ago and kept it off by watching my calorie and macro intake. Include walking into your daily routine as it is a very underrated exercise. I do 3 days of strenghth training, 2 days of hard cardio ( mostly peleton bike). I walk after dinner 2-3…

With the Peleton there is much more of a choice in music, instructors, intensity ect... to tailor to your personal fitness needs. Gym cardio seems to be more one dimensional. I personally love my Peleton and getting that kind of cardio workout in my own home at my convenience is awesome!!!

Middle Eastern breakfast bowl was very good and the sheet pan shrimp and rice came out really good. Those are the only two i tried in the under 500 calorie section.
