    Welcome! I started at 56 and went from a 22 or 24w down to a consistent size 4.

    You can do this easily if you’re practical, pragmatic and dedicated. And it’s a darn sight more enjoyable to eat what you want within calorie limits than to feast on celery juice or stewed cabbage. 👍🏻
