  • Early Morning: 15 min abs — Ab Ripper X (P90X) 30 min on stationary bike (while watching olympics) Early Afternoon: 2,000 yards in the town pool (4 x 250, alternating freestyle and breaststroke each length). Took about 45 min. Feeling great. Wish I could swim every day. Also worked on my tan while at the town pool!
  • My PT was incredibly painful but I do believe it accelerated my recovery. In retrospect I’m glad I did it. I’ve stopped the hanging leg lifts. Shoulder is holding up as I’m still lifting, doing push-ups and I’m up to 1500 yards when I get in the pool. I’m still doing many of my home stretches I learned in PT if it feels…
