  • Great workout at Cardiac Rehab today and for once I not unusually tired after working out so I guess its working. I wish all of you a wonderful weekend.
  • You are doing Great!
  • Yesterday cardiac rehab kicked my butt, I was tired before I started so it was a struggle finding my usual stride but managed to add two minutes per exercise. I also tried one of the bikes, it was a cross between a standard stationary bike and a recumbent bike, I managed 12 minutes, it was awkward and pedaling aggravated…
  • I anyone else getting friend request with profile photos of nudity including bare breast, buttocks and vulva?
  • Hi, It's nice to have you here, there is plenty of support in the group of wonderful people. kg, stone, or pounds doesn't make a difference we are so much more then a number. Hope you day is going well today.
  • Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe weekend.
  • This is wonderful.
  • I'm cheering you on for your Step challenge, have fun with it. I try to find ways to get in more steps during my time at home, like making 2 to 3 trips down the hall from bedroom to livingroom when I could have made 1 trip. And every morning I walk around the entire house outside, it may not sound like much but after 18…
  • I pretty much only post here as well, I noticed not only here but also on Facebook I get quite a few friend request from men. I found this group my first day on the site and it's very comfortable here.
  • First day back at Cardiac Rehab after a week and I kicked butt, every exercise I increased by 2 minutes. It felt good to be back, I'm looking forward to Wednesday's session.
  • Did you have success when on WW? I ask because I did WW a few years ago and I still use what I learned there as far as food choices, portions, exercise, etc. There is even a website that has WW points calculator to use free also calculates daily points. I preferred the point system because it worked great for me. You could…
  • So yesterday I had the follow up with my cardiologist in regard to the heart surgery and how I was doing good the first few visits in Cardiac Rehab and then I hit a wall of fatigue, short of breath and dizzy. I had to stop the rehab until I saw the doctor to avoid falls or other injury which I understand. The doctor…
  • That's funny, love the photos
  • Having an off day, took my early morning walk though very slow going I managed 90 minutes, no appetite again today and the dreaded nausea is bad today so I am forcing myself to eat. And the bouts of fatigue I keep getting I am just not bouncing back from the heart surgery I had a month ago. Have a great Sunday!
  • If you click on the name of the person you want to send a request to it will open, click on the name again and it will open to buttons with send friend request and send message. If someone has added you as a friend look at the top of the screen on your home page there will be an envelope and a person icon if you have a…
  • Good Morning All, Happy Friday! I wish all of you a wonderful day and a great weekend. I am off to Cardiac Rehab today so I am trying to get the morning chores out of the way, my knee is still off from the workout on Wednesday so the step platform is out of the running, having my knee go out on me is not an option. After…
  • Good Morning Ladies, I hope you all have a great day today. Before I run a few errands I'm off for a long walk at one of our local parks walking trail.
  • Great photo, shrimp is a good choice.
  • Good Morning to All, I hope you all have a wonderful day. This morning I have appointment with my GP for annual check up and follow up from a visit in April before all the testing was scheduled by my cardiologist. I am checking to be sure I have copies all of the test, my blood pressure log etc. just in case the other…
  • Good Evening all I hope everyone had a great day. Today was a good day for me, Cardiac Rehab at noon and I increased all my workouts by 5 minutes. After the rehab I took a short walk at the park before the rain started.
  • Normally I would see my doctor annually for a well check up however, I became ill in March of 2020 and the roller coaster ride of different doctors had my head spinning for a while. I too was worried about my labs and happily I was quite surprised by most of the results. I see my GP tomorrow so I'm ready, she on the other…
  • Hi Ruthie, I just sent you a friend request. I'm Deb from Florida and I seem to have been on this journey for quite a long time.
  • I am currently living in North Central Florida, this is our hurricane and rainy season. I am a transplant from NJ.
  • Got up extra early today to get in a walk before the rains came and so glad I did, it hasn't let up since about one this afternoon. There is a tropical storm brewing so I'm sure that's why we are having so much rain. Yesterday was day 2 at cardiac rehab and did exactly what I did on Wednesday, I'm not as sore today as I…
  • I am fairly new to the site and intend to be one of those people trying to log in daily. Due to recent health issues I felt I needed an outlet to log the foods I eat and the exercise I do. I went on over to your blog and did a bit of reading and plan to make the Microwave baked apples. I sent a friend request.
  • I have received a few as well, I just decline no explantion. It's just the way it is right now.
  • Change is hard and it doesn't happen over night, It's good you are getting in your steps no matter how you do it. I was ill for 18 months and believe me everyone of those steps I managed to log on my Fitbit was a small victory. Most days I didn't even manage more than 1500 steps. You aren't wasting anyone's time after all…
  • Great view and so much more pleasant then clearing away someone else's mess.
  • It is Ft. Island Gulf Beach in Citrus County, it's about 90 minutes from my house and quite a small beach but well worth the trip for the drum circle we had a huge circle this month.
  • This is about sundown and goes into the night.
