5'9" and mid 30s here. I've recently lost just shy of 25 lbs from 219 to 195, and I'm hoping to lose another 30 lbs by the end of the year.

@jeepkat1 I too have an autoimmune disease, Crohn's for me.. this pandemic has made me so nervous I'm basically a hermit as well. *Hugs* Sorry for being MIA the last few days, I've been suffering from migraines π©

I looked through the August group thread and it looks like some members have been doing daily check ins for accountability. But I think only weighing in is mandatory.. personally I think staying active in the group will help me best to stay on track!
