    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    July 31 (Starting Weight): - 153.8 (10-day average 154.8)
    August goal - 150
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    Aug 7: 151.8 (10-day average 153.1)
    Aug 14: 156.6 (10-day average 153.7)
    Aug 21: 155.2 (10-day average 155.0)
    Aug 28: 151.8 (10-day average 154.1)
    Aug 31: 153.6 (10-day average 154.2)



    Total loss for August: Since I care more about averages and trends than one-day weights, I can say that I did in fact lose a tiny bit more than that half pound this month. My trend is down two pounds since July 4, so that's good too.

    I misread my calendar. I need to replace the last line of my post.

    I guess I can also have a little celebration that it turns out I lost an entire pound, not a half. Yay! I will try to read the calendar better from here out. I usually only update on Saturdays and last day of the month if it's not a Saturday. Sorry 'bout that.
