I think we all feel that discouragement from time to time. Remember it‘s going to Yo-Yo some, this is part of why I‘m not excited about the daily weigh in. It is…

@quiltingjane I couldn't find the post, but I think you recommended KT tape for foot pain? I got some and hope it will help. My foot feels a bit better and its raining here today which cancelled our pickleball game. Probably a good thing to give my foot a rest.

@musicsax Yes--increasing slowly is key--and I think what I did this week was a HIIT routine that involved some jumping. At this weight, probably not wise to jump even with good shoes and arch inserts...now I have to nurse my foot until the soreness goes away! I like the feeling of getting stronger and sometimes this makes…

@musicsax WOW 11 miles in one day--you are a walking machine! Do you ever have trouble with foot pain? I have ball of foot pain at the moment--icing it and slowing things down a bit, until it goes away.

Good Morning Everyone, It's looking like a good day in central MD where I live. The humidity is down which makes outdoor exercise more enjoyable. I am always amazed at how much better I feel when my nutrition is on target--energy is better, mood is better. I'm sure life will send me something to rock my boat--as it often…

@coblujay Thanks for the tip--I would like to keep the info in one place. I'm very impressed by so many people here who've done so many rounds of Give me 10 days--I hope it helps me too! @JbeanR0212 I agree, shame is a tough emotion to deal with and it can be hard talking about mental health. Funny though, when I do talk…

Hi--I'm KC, new to this post and looking for ways to up my accountability while I surf the waves of life. I lost 20 lbs on MFP last year, re-gained and now recommitted to a healthy lifestyle. There is no perfection but if I persist, I'll make progress! Female 5’3” Age 58 years HWE: 203 Sometime in 2020 SW: 189 CGW: 170…
