  • Hi to Thoughts of Mine 2017, This is a great idea!! Impressed to cut the eggplant like noodles. Do you own or use an Air Fryer? For my small summer garden, I am growing 2 eggplant 🍆 plants. Last Friday, chopped up eggplant, zucchini,green pepper to make Ratatouille, and froze some of this.

  • Yes, add me. Just bought tie-die blue jog pants for fall, like the fun outfits! Going to exercise w/ a cheerful spirit! :) Now that summer is coming to a close soon, less ice cream, and can focus. Agree with you, everyone deserving of their own space here.
