Since I am still warding off frozen shoulder, I have to be very careful with what I do but my PT exercises are done daily and include basic strength training every other day and stretching every day. I also do a lot of walking and plan to utilize more Yoga via YouTube.

My meal plan is simply to plan ahead and to shop wisely. It helps that my DH is also trying to lose weight so we keep each other in check.

Goals: Exercise 7 days weekly, including PT for shoulder Be in bed by 11 PM to aim for 7 hours of sleep every day Do something for myself 3 times weekly, even if it is simply reading. Hit that 5 % this time! Continue decluttering every weekend. Eat fruit or veggies at every meal or as snacks every day.

My goal for this challenge is to get more sleep and to continue my quest to lower pesky cholesterol levels. I am not on medication yet, and I intend to keep it that way by staying active, eating healthier, and sleeping more. We have a family wedding in June, and I want to look AND feel good for the celebration.
