  • Here is an example of single line posting: First line Second line 3rd line And so on…! Does anyone know how to do single line carriage returns from their phone? I think you can do it by copying/pasting from another document (someone told me that, I think). I might try it tonight. I'm wondering whether there's another way…
  • Helpful tip: **If you're on a desktop computer or laptop, Shift+Enter should give you a single line return (instead of the default double line). I haven't figured out how to do this from the phone on the app yet, but if I do, I will make sure to share with the group!**

  • Hi everyone, @SunnyDays930, Congratulations on 2 days! AF since 03/19/25 (Completed 7 days) Sober Time won't give my milestone until tomorrow though. Today's inspiring quote from the "SOBER TIME" app is: "If you can dream it, you can do it." Have a nice night, 💞 Carole
  • Hi everyone, AF since 03/19/25 (Completed 6 days) Today's inspiring quote from the "SOBER TIME" app is: "In order to succeed, we must first believe we can."
  • Hi @SunnyDays930! So you did the treadmill already? At 6:30am?! Awesome! Please be careful with balance while holding weights while using the treadmill! My treadmill speed is over 4mph and I don't think I'd be able to do that. Maybe with a weighted belt or ankle weights or something...I don't know. Can you elevate the…
  • Great news! When I had my colonoscopy on 3/19, my blood pressure and heart rate remained substantially elevated the entire time. Today, after 5 days alcohol-free, the reading was much better: This is much closer to my typical readings when not drinking, which is below 120 for systolic and lower 60's for diastolic. I will…
  • Hi everyone, GREAT news, @SunnyDays930! Where are you going to keep the treadmill? Can you tell us the make and model so we can check it out? My "treadmill" will be the commute to and from work (whenever my feet and the weather cooperate, that is). I also have workout DVD's. I hate to call them that because activity should…
  • Hi everyone, Happy Weekend, Happy Spring!🌱 Thanks so much for starting this challenge! I will come back and post my initial weight for this challenge on April 3rd, some my regular weigh-in…
  • My colonoscopy results: They removed one polyp, but it was very small. Results for that in about two weeks. Everything else looked good. Having a little trouble keeping calories below 1,450 because I fasted for almost two full days, but I'm getting back into my wellness routine now. Have a great day!🌷 💗 Carole
  • Thank you @RubyRed427 ! I will tell my son about the fish oil capsules too!💗
  • Thank you, @deepwoodslady ! I will try that! Great maintenance @Rainbow2300 ! WAY better than I did! I'm going to clear this bookmark now and jump over to my spring into summer challenge. Very best wishes for the next chapter in your wellness journeys, everyone! 💞 Carole

  • Hello everyone, Happy Weekend! @SunnyDays930 - 20 days! That's wonderful! It's really inspiring and encouraging, especially your sharing about how much better you look and feel! I didn't know Easter was in 30 days! It's pretty late this year, right? We're all experiencing bouts of depression these days. My son (41) even…

  • Hi everyone, So we're winding down this challenge, but I will keep checking until Sunday for people who haven't yet posted their final weigh-ins. Then I will move to the Spring into Summer challenge. I wasn't able to find my first stats. I might look back here to find them, but below are my finals: It looks really HUGE on…
  • Hi everyone, So glad you are still here! I quit (again) a day BEFORE Spring, (March 19th) because sometimes the first day of Spring falls on the 19th and I want to be able to celebrate my Soberversary every Spring! (Sure, I'm optimistic, aren't I?) Anyway, I will report Alcohol-Free as "AF" from the start date and will…
  • By the way, I still plan to post before/after scale app stats and measurements on Thursday, March 20th, even it shows no improvement or even a setback. I'm going to be completely honest and will set my sights forward to my summer goals! 🌷
  • Congratulations on 12 days AF, @SunnyDays930!💗
