    Carole my problem is 'copy and pasting' from a word document to MFP. the spacing is way off.

    Way to go @RubyRed427. 100 miles in less than 30 days is bookin it!!!! That's awesome.

    You must feel really good. In the past I have succeeded at walking regularly. At one point I was walking six times a week, 2 miles each walk. This is was over 5 years ago. For me😉I was in good shape.

    I used to figure one mile was worth 100 calories. I know that's pretty generous. But using my math (3500 cal per pound) you have saved 2.85 pounds. I'd say you deserve a glass of wine (or a couple glasses😁)

    ETA: It was 100 miles LESS THAN 30 days. Any of us reading this would take a 2 pound loss any day.

    You are doing great, @patriciafoley1. Two pounds gone!!! Keep going.

    When I first glanced at it I thought it was SIX WEEK not six days! You'll be down five pounds in a few more weeks. Keep at it. Patience will get you progress for sure.

    @Sunnydays what do you do during that 40 minutes each morning? I sure couldn't drink my coffee. And I've never understood people who say they read.

    Today's a beautiful day. I'm committing to get my walk in. No rain so that can't be my excuse.
