Hi, was on spark also as SparkNB, came and went; did 5% years ago, as starfish, also Amethyst Butterflies, then, shortly before the end on Casual Travelers a couple of times. Mostly eat it with a spoon, about a third of an avocado, along with, or sometimes scooped onto, my nightly 'big salad.' Not much of a morning avo person, which is when I have bread (usually untoasted, with nut butters and fruit). Bread best if multi-grain, I esp. enjoy 70 cal. Dave's Killer 24 seed (kinda thin slices),β¦

Just back at it, so a simple goal for the month, 10 pounds down, which I've already reached, but I want to not regain it. Bonus for any more weight released!

2 things: 1) Earlier, I noticed my stomach getting smaller <3 ; also starting to see stretch >:) marks, woo-hoo! (though I will have them laser'd :o when I reach goal B) ) 2) Did 3 hours :) of aerobics today...plan was to do 2 hours, as I've done a few times this month, but then had the time and decided to keep going andβ¦

Mini-goal for Dec; just restarted with Day 1, and goal is 10 pounds in Dec (so I'll be in losing mode when new year calendar is put up). Easy, :p because just beginning I always lose quickly and always my biggest motivation and effort and effectiveness then...but Dec. has many pitfalls/hard choices :# so wish me luck! ;)
