Had a couple stressful days this week. I told myself it would be okay to break my streak and eat late into the night. My argument was pretty convincing. But I realized eating late was not going to resolve my stress. So I stuck to my regimen. Didn't eat past my 9:00pm cutoff. Sticking to my regimen didn't solve my issue.…

My mini goal is congratulating myself when I do not eat. I am proud that ice cream can sit in the freezer, and not be attacked because I'm bored or stressed. I also like that I don't feel compelled to finish my plate. So I like recognizing those moments.
