NO LATE NIGHT SNACKING - AUGUST, 2021 CHALLENGE

I am not counting the cup of frozen blueberries at 9:45 pm as a bad thing, so giving myself the streak. It's my new strategy, if I really want something to eat late, I will try to go for frozen blueberries. That way I won't feel bad, it's pretty healthy and I will keep the streak alive. Compared to the stuff I normally eat, my body will thank me.2 -

I'm so happy! I went to a soccer game last night and my SO offered me some chicken strips after 8 PM and I said no!!!

Had a couple stressful days this week. I told myself it would be okay to break my streak and eat late into the night. My argument was pretty convincing. But I realized eating late was not going to resolve my stress. So I stuck to my regimen. Didn't eat past my 9:00pm cutoff. Sticking to my regimen didn't solve my issue. But it sure did make me happy to put food in it's rightful place of "nourishment" and not "problem solver". 🤗
