Very challenging month! There have been 3 birthdays and Xmas is in days. Once Xmas day is over temptations will stop. I have reduced amount of food and sugar, but doesn't show on scale. I am down 2 lb. Even tho' I'm short of my goal 156, I am down a couple downs during a difficult month. I will try again next month and hopefully do better. Glad for the opportunity to try this out.
