Don’t fall into the trap of bulking and cutting, it’s false economy…. Zero point getting “fat” to eek out a small muscle gain that you will no doubt lose when cutting hard. MainGain is the way to go. You do not need to be in a caloric surplus to build muscle. Keep your protein at the rate for your weight maybe supplement…

Eat in a caloric surplus. Remember.. cardio can burn more carbs than lifting weights so watch you don’t just burn off your extra.

The single best advice I can give you is to tune into coach Greg Doucette on YouTube to stay grounded in both fitness goals and to debunk the fitness industry. I too love yoga, lifting and occasional hit… yoga get my HR high enough tbh.

If you are losing weight steady (your rate of loss looks perfect) and you are eating well, balanced and don’t feel hungry then don’t change it. Once you reach you bf % goal then increase your calories gradually to maintain that weight and bf.
