40+ female, into weightlifting, yoga and HIIT

Hi everyone,
I joined MFP many years ago and have had a bumpy fitness journey. The last year or so I've made a commitment to taking care of myself and being in charge of my health.
I am 5'6" and 160lbs and my goal, through yoga, weightlifting and HIIT is to find that magical combo of losing some weight (I'm not stressing about a number like I used to) and building muscle. I've been seeing a trainer for a year now, and we have an amazing schedule of weights, cardio, and even some heavy lifting days (my favourite!). I go to yoga 1-2x week to get into more of a deep stretch, but even some of those classes can get intense lol.
I love how I look now, I'm strong and am seeing muscle definition so I want to keep it going!
I would love to find accountability friends to encourage and receive encouraging messages from!

The single best advice I can give you is to tune into coach Greg Doucette on YouTube to stay grounded in both fitness goals and to debunk the fitness industry.
I too love yoga, lifting and occasional hit… yoga get my HR high enough tbh.0
