I'm especially interested in suggestions for weight loss when you have less than 20 lbs to loose. I've set my goal to .5 pounds a week and told MFP I'm moderately active, which gives me total daily calories of like 1750, without entering exercise.

Actually...I qualify the above: I believe my weight has dropped a few pounds from my heaviest (152) because I've been cycling quite a bit.
