Reality: I have been on the skids for a bit over four years, both mental- and physical- health wise. I have pretty much maintained my 70 lb weight loss achieved over 10 years ago. Comment- It’s probably me, but I’ve always found mfp Trackers difficult to find and use. Your posting the above links helps tremendously; I copied them into my Diary, and can get there much easier. After locating the calorie counts, I paste them into my iPad Diary where I can also comment on the whys and wherefores.…

My “meal plan” is no whites (cauliflower has a green tinge). I was a binger, then wasn’t and yo-yoed ‘till I finally lost 70 lbs. My plan is to walk 90 min a day most days of the week and reduce my calories enough to lose one pound a week in order to bring my A1c blood sugars down to at least 6.
