Bless you! Because you just gave me another petty reason to lose weight. I lost over 100 pounds on a ketogenic diet, and I kept it off for over 7 years. But now it's back, and I don't want to be a keto fail! >:)

My daughter is trans, male to female, and I was worried she would get too thin when she moved out, because she isn't small boned, and estrogen can pack on pounds, but instead she and her fiancée have become amazing, healthy cooks. She is happier than she ever was, and I hope you will be, too!

Because it's none of your darn business what I have in my cart, you disapproving, silent strangers, and I really want the looks to stop. Especially since I shop for my husband, who has the metabolism of a greyhound and likes his weekly snacks and sodas from Costco. No one noticed when I was thin!

I think you have a wonderful reason to get fit and healthy, which is what this is all about. Your mindset resonated with me, because I'm turning 50 next September, if I can't lose the whole hundred by then, I'll be happy if I'm close. And definitely happy to have my old, energetic self back.
