Im 19 M and 69KG looking to grow lean muscle and some weight. Have never taken pre workout nor protein powders. I run a fair bit and am getting back in weights and resistance training since i'm looking to gain lean muscle for sport Thanks for the reponse btw

Thanks for responding :) Yesterday was 46 grams of protein but changes per day generally around 50 i would say. I am only trying to start to properly diet etc. And yeh don't really have an idea of this type of stuff.
