Woooww great difference! Thanks for sharing... I finished day7 level 1 today, and I can say that I do see some difference already! This truely works, when I'll finish I'm going to start it again but with more intensity!

Only once a week, I couldn't do it anymore cause I hate to weigh myself:( I'm always afraid I didn't lose and then discouragement. But you have to weigh in at least once a week, not more and try using ALWAYS the same and time, preferable in the morning after morning pi!

Well I think it's possible if he is pretty heavy, and plus if you watch "The Biggest Loser" you'll see that people there lose 7-8 up to 10-12 pounds a week. Plus if he works out alot it could be possible !

I've done it a couple of times. While your on it it goes well, but you need to do the 6weeks maintenance, that's the hard part, if you screw up one day, you gain 3pounds +....... I had trouble with the maintenance cause your on a 500cal. diet so you are so deprived for so long, once you get off of it after 23days or 40+…

Yup me toooo, weekends = having a BIG DINER with VINO for me ... grrrrrrrr, I start on friday and I have trouble stopping on Sunday, this is why I just hate weekends, I'll have to do something else to distract meself. I've never heard about eating your exercises until I came here, don't you exercise to LOSE WEIGHT??? I agree; you have to do what's BEST for YOU! Try not eating them for a week, then eat them, and then just eat half, you'll see what works best for you!
