There are less than 6 months left of this year. I want to hit my yearly goal.of 128 lbs..Which has been taking forever.I have 7.8lb to go. I am at 135.8lbs at the moment.

Hey everyone, I found out my problems. After logging for 1wk and 3d. I was eating too much salty stuff. Carbs intake was extremly high.they both cause a lot water retention. I went through the exact same thing you did. While eating exercise calories back. Didn’t lose anything for over one month. When I stop eating all them exercise calories. I lost around four lbs. within 1 month and a week.

Add in the fact that as your fat cells lose the fat, they at first replenish it with water, which they eventually expel (hence the "woosh effect" you sometimes read about). Wow! I totally forgot about that.That could be happening to me too :o

Yes' I'm download weight trending app. Am putting info in there. With exercise calories, I use my own. I always set it at 4 calories burned per minute. In 30 min of working out.
