Has anyone tried or done a calorie deficit of 0.3Lbs/1050 cals per week?
How did it make you feel in the long run? How soon did you see results?.. Weeks? Months? Are you able to stay in a calorie defict longer because it's less restricitve? Was it worth it? or just maybe too slow for your time? I have only seen people.Go as low as-0.5lb/1,750 cal per week. As the less restrictive route.

Why did this happen to my weight?
My weight when I stop deficit. It was 133.8 I've been stuck at a range of 137.8-142.2 Lbs, For 22 days. My weight never went back down. After having a few days of very high Sodium and Carbs. where do I put my calories. From my Kalinco smart watch? Do I add them to my TDEE or my Bmr? with My smart watch I burn 220 calories no exercise. On days I do exercise. I burn more like 220+to 450.
