Why did this happen to my weight?

My weight when I stop deficit. It was 133.8 I've been stuck at a range of 137.8-142.2 Lbs, For 22 days. My weight never went back down. After having a few days of very high Sodium and Carbs. I've been trying hard to get it back down. It doesn't go lower than 137.8. I know I didn't eat 4lbs/14,000 calories over maintenance in just 22days.This is also my first time. Experiencing only high end of weight range. When I maintain my weight. Normally when I go to maintain. I hit my lowest weight from Wl daily. As an example.. I did weigh less a year ago. I was more like 131.8-135.0(+3.2lb )range Daily. That was at my low ends to me. Not this time though. My weight is just too high right now. It's shot up from133.8 to 142.2(+8.4lbs). Then it got stuck at the top. Leaving me at 137.8-142.2lbs Daily. I have an idea to cut back. I wan't others thoughts too..Have you been through the same thing? What's the solution to this?

If you've stayed at the same weight for 22 days you're most likely eating at maintenence level calories. Wait another week or two, watching your calories carefully. If it still hasn't gone down, you're going to need to decrease your calories a little bit more.1

Yeah, what sollyn said.
Are you still logging food or just guesstimating?
That first year post 80 pound weight loss was difficult for me too. I had a lot of trouble with weight fluctuations of several pounds seemingly for no reason.
I finally accepted that I could NOT eyeball portions and that I would have to continue to log food. Since that realization I'm much more confident in my calories and can make adjustments based on my body weight much more quickly and efficiently.
Weight is always going to fluctuate. Have you read this excellent article from the Sticky threads at the top of the forums, "Most Helpful" threads?

Yes, Im still logging but not Day to day..
It's important to log everything, every day, especially when you're trying to figure out what's going on. If you miss days or meals, you're not going to get a good idea of what you're eating and how your body responds to it. Start by getting strong with your logging. Then you can worry about adjusting amounts. But you've got to get logging first.2 -
@sollyn23l2 Truth,Thank you: ) I've started back log today. It isn't as great. Since I didn't weigh any food. I have a clean slate tomorrow to start new. Get things as accurate as possible.3

I know you'll do great, sometimes we all just need a reminder. 😄3 -
Hi
Sounds like you are back on target. Start tracking again and you can get there. Just log consistently and you will see results. You may want to consider macro balancing your food at each meal to assist in weight loss-- I mention a lot of resources in my blog post here https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10895573/how-i-maintain-weight-loss#latest0 -
Hey everyone, I found out my problems. After logging for 1wk and 3d. I was eating too much salty stuff. Carbs intake was extremly high.they both cause a lot water retention. When eaten over a certain MG or Gram. I stayed at 137.8-142.2, from too much of the two in my system.(Elevated). My weight is136.2 today. Meaning my range is 136.2-139.4 on average now. Still a bit elevated but that'll go down eventually. As my normal weight is 133.8. I am (2.4lbs) away from it. I know a lot of this is just water.. abnormal too, I don't hold to so much 8.4.lbs. Which was a first for me.I know it could come back. As long as I got most down.I'm feeling better health wise...There were some problems there. With high blood pressure, low energy, and maybe more.2
