Mini goal Motivation is to lose 3 lbs. Get back at my lowest weight this year. I was 132.2lbs and gained three lbs for 135.2...135.2 isn't so bad but I rather be back at my lowest. Where I had a bit less fat. Can see where I gained it. Which is of course in my belly for the most part.

@loulee997 You shouldn't be absolutely starving unless your walk is more rigorous than you think. (Yes my walk rigorous it is) Also, unless you are on a low-carb diet, try having a 'carb' snack before or after the walk instead of protein. Carbs break down to energy quicker. @deepwoodslady Fat do fill for certain. when I started to purposely add fat, Losing fat became easier. Especially with me being a lower weight than before. Yes full fat things are high calorie. However they are worth it in the long run.

I made it to mini GW of 135 and now i'm below that. I'm 133.7lbs, I'm onto goal of losing 5 pounds more. For a weight of 128.7lbs : ). Remember everyone to stay patient and be discipline.
