    Back again after a one month break. I did gain two lbs. From 133.8 up to 135.8lbs. Lost the gained fat the month that pass(August). Which bring me to 133.7lbs. I'd like to be 130lbs by the end of this month. However I'm going to be realistic. I'll aim to lose 2.0-2.5lbs this month. Hope for everyone to reach their goals. Remember to stay focused!

    September 6:134.1lbs(+0.4lbs) Had a complete high sodium week. I ate an average of 2,700mg seven days. yesterday particularly 2,900mg. So I'm not at a lower weight this week. Working to get my averages down to the recommened 2,300mg per day.

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    August 26 (Starting Weight): - 150.2 (10-day average 151.3)
    September goal - Get closer to the middle or lower end of maintenance weight.
    Ultimate goal - Range between 143 - 153

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.


    August 26 28 (away from scale on normal day): 150.2 (10-day average 151.3)
    September 2: 150.8 (10-day average 151.8)
    September 9: 150.8 (10-day average 152.0)

    Total loss for September: Up a bit more this week. Still in maintenance range, and still on the higher end of my ideal range. I'd like to be a little deeper in the range. We'll see what happens.
