Holy surprise on the scale this morning! I know dang well I was dehydrated and also ate wayyyy under my calories yesterday (not on purpose) and that this number is a fluke...but I'll take it even for one day.

Hello,
I am staying within my food goals and still drinking plenty of water.(76oz.) Although,
at times, it gets a little tricky. For example, when I have an unexpected change, of what I preloged my food for the day. I still have been staying within my food goals for the day though. Also, I started exercising for 20 min., 3 days a week. Then, increased my workout by 5 minutes each day. Now, I'm doing a 30 minute workout.
What's been working:
*Planning my meals for the day, and prelog my food, so I know I'm within my daily goals.
*Whenever I have temptations, the first thing I do is drink water.
I believe a lot of my success is because it's still new for me, I'm still learning, changing, and determined. Also, I'm still losing, I haven't reached a plateau.
What's not working:
*Finding an ACTIVE group to share my daily check-in's and get tips and support.

I'm a few days late but need to get this non-motivated self turned around. I posted August 1, and then did not even sign into MFP after August 4. Ugh!! I hope this will be the day I get this under control because I hit 170s again and I have no energy from how I've been eating and not drinking enough water. Okay, I'm planning on September being the month I get back to my healthy self.

Did not get the whoosh I wanted, but I did get a loss, so I'll take it. I am finally under the 180, so YAY!!! Stress is still high at work. I know that this month I might not get the loss I want, but I do know that counting calories and keeping active works, so I will continue with that, eventually the scale will show better results.9 -

I donβt think I will make my goal for September since having to post such a large overnight gain on the 1st of September, but Iβve reduced my weight every single week since then and Iβm happy about that.
