I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

Total loss for September: I am up three pounds for the month. That's the wrong direction, and I'll just call it a failure since I am ending the month just up above my maintenance range.

09/26-187.6-(Trend Weight: 190.1)- I have exercised a little more and a little harder for most of this past week. On the food-front, most days I actually have a hard time eating enough calories. That seems very strange when I am eating a lot of healthy fat foods which tend to have more calories. I guess when they say that fat fills you up, itโs true. It must be helping me to cut my portions. Anyway, I am tweaking my MFP diary to make sure I get as close to my calorie goals as possible. I donโt want to slow up my metabolism by eating too little! I am still experimenting with zig-zagging too. It is going pretty well.
09/30-188.2-(Trend Weight: 189.5)- I am pretty famous for self-sabotage, especially for final weigh-inโs, so here I am . However, I couldnโt undo it all in the last moments so I am proud that I am only 0.4 lbs shy of my four pound goal. Itโs been a so-so month. Definitely I could have done better on some days. Iโm ready to put the work in for October and to steer clear of the candy dishes as best as I can. Iโm proud of everyone for showing up and for those that logged, exercised, made as many good choices as they could given their circumstances. I have enjoyed reading all the NSVโs too. I will see you all next round!
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

September 29: 168 lbs. 0kโฆI lost another pound. I'm logging, drink water, posting my daily check-in, and exercising five days a week. I feel like I'm making great progress. My clothes are feeling looser. I found this wonderful group. The people are so supportive. It's exactly what I needed.

Had to change my scale. It seems like it is a few pounds off as I weighed on one when I left @198, and with the new one weight was 200
