    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    August 26 (Starting Weight): - 150.2 (10-day average 151.3)
    September goal - Get closer to the middle or lower end of maintenance weight.
    Ultimate goal - Range between 143 - 153

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.


    August 26 28 (away from scale on normal day): 150.2 (10-day average 151.3)
    September 2: 150.8 (10-day average 151.8)
    September 9: 150.8 (10-day average 152.0)

    Total loss for September: Up a bit more this week. Still in maintenance range, and still on the higher end of my ideal range. I'd like to be a little deeper in the range. We'll see what happens.
