The body has decided to do maintenance this week, even though I want it to keep losing. Oh well, I'll keep track of calories and keep moving, it eventually will reflect on the scale. Stress has been high at work, so I am sure that is playing a role in this. Hoping for a whoosh : )8 -

Septemeber 12:134.7(+0.6lbs) for a total (+1.0lbs) up to date.I figure I'd be up or close to same from last week weight. Body feels a bit heavy. Is holding onto water for repair, of a rough leg workout,Constipation,and not enough sleep.I still have tomorrow to weigh in also. Don't think much more will change..

09/01-193.2-(Trend Weight: 195.0)-
09/05-192.0-(Trend Weight: 194.3)- Another hot humid day here in Michigan. Being surrounded by the largest fresh-water lakes on Earth always brings such humidity! It does feel like Florida again today here. The handymen took the day off due to some doctor appointments they had so I should easily be able to fit in more exercise if the heat doesnβt get to me! Yesterday was a very good day food wise. I got in about 21 minutes on the exercise bike as well late last night. I am zig-zagging my calories and carbs and yesterday was the lowest day planned for this week. I was temptedβ¦..but I kept to my pre-logging plan. Iβm glad I did. Iβm still striving for those elusive 180βs.
09/12-191.2-(Trend Weight: 193.4)- Weather turned quite chilly now for the past week. Iβm hoping on Indian Summer but we shall see. Itβs been a week of ups and downs but I finally reigned it in and am seeing more progress.

@deepwoodslady I've been watching your comments over the summer (in the summer weight loss challenge) and I'm so happy to see today's update! Can't wait to see you switch to forest green soon. The 180's are right around the corner, stick with it

Hello, I have re-joined MFP and I just had a C section on the 28th of August welcoming the finale to the family a baby girl we named Olivia. This was my first major surgery and I was apprehensive about the recovery but so far it has gone quite smoothly. I have decided to start walking now and then get the all clear on the 13th of October to begin workouts. My goal while I am on a year leave from work is to start running again and get into a healthy exercise routine that I will be able to continue even when I go back to work. I would love to have some accountability friends so feel free to add me!!
