Zucchini is my favorite . I have everyone hooked on zucchini lasagna . I use ground beef , mushrooms ,diced tomatoes ,peppers , onion , garlic , har of sauce and of course zucchini instead of noodles .

Well a good way to start.is controlling portion size and drinking more water and less sugary drinks . I try and change things a little at a time .I am more successful that way .

Icing buttercream or pb icing As far as pasta I eat whole wheat and watch potion size

Small Gala apple , bananas are to high in natural sugar ,I am diabetic , they make me extremely tired

My nutrition Dr recommended wheat or whole grain cereal ,I like raisen bran
