For those who may not be aware...salt wreaks havoc on the scale but only temporarily. There are threads on this but for me I might go up 2 pounds or so of pure water weight if I go well over on sodium. It's temporary and for most lasts 2-3 days. Increasing water intake helps shorten the time frame.

In the last five months I’ve had fast food once. Twice if you count Chipotle. Maybe 8 times if you include Panda Express.
