@Megan_smartiepants1970 Sorry to hear about your accident. Good luck with your recovery. Here are my steps: Another week of reaching my stepping goal π€

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 263.2 CW: 262.5 Ok, so at least it went down again. I'm still struggling with my eating. For some reason I'm having a hard time with sticking to the right foods π I'm not giving up though and so far I've reached my step goal every day since the 15th of September, so I'm very happy with that.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 My steps for last week

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 262.1 CW: 263.2 Sorry for the delay in posting. It's been a crazy week with long hours at work, ToM and not quite eating right (probably because of ToM). I did manage to reach my step goal every day, so at least that's good. Hopefully this coming week goes better.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 Sorry for the delay with my steps

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 263.0 CW: 262.1 Almost 1 pound, yay π

Only missed my goal on 2 days, but I wasn't that far off. I'm also doing better food wise, but definitely not yet what I want it to be. I'm excited to see what the scaleβ¦

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 263.6 CW: 263.0 Not a bad result I guess π At least it's still going down
-
Wow, that's an amazing difference πͺπ
-
Wow, what a fantastic achievement! Congratulations ππ₯³ My goal is to lose 100 pounds, so your definitely my inspiration. Did you take before and after pictures? What's the biggest change you made?

@Megan_smartiepants1970 Steps 4/9 8265 5/9 2209 6/9 2853 7/9 3574 8/9 6984 (so close to my target π) 9/9 1077 10/9 3667 Not a good week step wise. For some reason I've been really tired this passed week. Hopefully this coming week will be better.

I think it's mostly because of the warm weather that it's difficult to lose weight during the summer. I tend to retain a lot of water when it's warm and I don't really feel like much exercise when it's warm π
-
IP2021 Wednesday PW: 264.7 CW: 263.6 Yay, I finally managed to get below 120 kg (I weigh in kilos, but convert to lbs for my weigh ins π) Hopefully now that the weather is cooling down, the next 5 kg will go a bit faster π

@Megan_smartiepants1970 My steps for last week 28/8 8069 29/8 3631 30/8 4917 31/8 6126 1/9 2313 2/9 4027 3/9 5404 Not a very good week in terms of steps, but I was too tired to go for a walk after work this week (is been a crazy week at work) and it was way too hot in the house to use the treadmill. Hopefully it cools downβ¦

Hi everyone, Wow, I can't believe we're already in September. My name is Irene, 45 years old. I'm originally from the Netherlands, but I've lived in Denmark since 2012. I've lost a great deal of weight before using weightwatchers, via a dietitian, and this group (back in 2018). Then life happened. Stress from a bad workβ¦

I need to focus more on my food. The last couple of days I've been so busy at work that I forget to eat lunch and as a result I eat the wrong things. I've also been slacking on my steps. Tomorrow is another busy day at work with 4 job interviews where I'm interviewing candidates, as I need to find a new assistant.β¦

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 264.9 CW: 264.7 Hmm, not happy with myself. This was a bad week both in terms of food and exercise, but at least it's a loss. I just need to get my head back in the game.

Not sure if you saw my earlier post, but I would love to join this challenge. My weight on Wednesday was 264.9, so guess I'll use that as a starting point. That would mean 243.9 by Christmas.

I'd like to join this challenge π€

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 265.8 CW: 264.9 Not much, but at least it's a loss π€

@Megan_smartiepants1970 Sorry, forgot to post my steps yesterday. 14/8: 10,079 15/8: 8,227 16/8: 7,130 17/8: 2,407 18/8: 2,273 19/8: 3 582 20/8: 7,112 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday were really busy at work, so didn't really get any steps during the day, and when I got home I was so tired that I decided to take it easy.
-
IP2021 Wednesday PW: 265.8 CW: 265.8 I'm so done with these warm temperatures! My feet, ankles and hands are swollen from the heat and I can't seem to lose weight. On Saturday I was done 1 lbs, but then we get a couple of warm days and today I'm right back where I was last Wednesday π’ I hate cold weather, but it'sβ¦

I actually set some hourly targets, which I tried to stick to. For example: 1000 steps by 1pm 2000 steps by 2pm 3000 steps by 3pm etc, etc Some days my step goal worked all the way to 10pm π and other days I stopped a little earlier, but of course only after I at least reached my step goal of 7000 π€

I started using Libra. So far I'm happy with it. I tried looking for the app Happy Scale that you mentioned in an earlier post, but I couldn't find it. I have an android phone, so maybe Happy Scale is for Apple phones?

IP2021 Wednesday PW: 267.4 CW: 265.8 This was a good week, although last Friday I was so tired after my first week back at work after my vacation that I didn't feel like making dinner and ate some very wrong things π I've now started weighing myself everyday to see what happens based on my nutrition and exercise and toβ¦

-
Thanks for the tip. This actually makes sense π I'll try to do the same and weigh every day for a while and see what happens π

π€, strange that you can't see it anymore, since I don't have premium, but I can see the totals for fats, sugars, sodium, vitamins, etc.
