Are you eating back all of your exercise calories? If so, I’d cut those in half. I’ve found they can be higher than what one actually burns. 😊

I've got a pair of bone conduction headphones and some Skull Candy Push Ultra's. I usually only wear one of the Skull Candy...... I like to be able to hear ambient noise around me.

I love cutting up a couple of apples - dashing cinnamon over them and having them ready in the fridge. I suggest a sweet/crisp apple like Ambrosia. :)

I doubt this is your reason....lol..... but I started waking up in the middle of the night during menopause and it hasn't changed..... I can not remember the last time I "slept thru the night". Most nights I can fall back to sleep but not always..... <<<<sigh>>>> I really miss sleeping thru the night :|
