I have a BBQ to go to next Monday night. I didn't sign up to take a little treat but guess what? I played bingo this past week and won a huge bag containing 18 mini bags of potato chips! Sour cream, regular and bbq flavor! Good? Bad?

My roommates are arguing and I am the one stuck in the middle of it. I had 3 cups this morning and have figured out that this should be my limit. I hope that you have a good day! :wink:

Wednesday, I did fitness pedal exercising, march in place and home physical therapy. I don't have to do home physical therapy any more, but thought I would put the exercises to good use.

Today, I have eaten a burger with provolone cheese on a whole wheat bun. I have had a serving of potato chips and water with water enhancer also! I like having the mini meals that I have been having. I tend to not overeat this way.

I use water enhancers with my daily water. Yesterday, at Dollar Tree, I bought 5 boxes of True Lemon with 12 packets in each box. Any other water enhancer has only 6 packets in each box. Woo Hoo!

Hey strangers! This week has had 2 blessings food-wise for my roommates and me! I do not know how I am supposed to lose weight! A friend gave we roommates a ton of chips and other crunchy stuff! I love to have them with sandwiches! Then, our neighbor brought over some various tons of breads and sweets! We are blessed.

Awe.... My grandparents all came over on the boat. I miss my mother's homemade spaghetti, homemade spaghetti sauce, homemade raspberry pie and homemade raspberry squares. The raspberries were hand-picked by the men of the family and frozen then thawed whenever to prepare such desserts. The tomatoes were grown in the garden.
