Dec 8 Exercise - No (still babying my back) Tracked/logged everything I ate/drank - Yes Stayed within calories - No 3 pass days used plus 1 I don't have a lot of time to write much but I just want to say thank you all for your support. I can't believe how my disks are flaring up, really aggrivating!!

Dec 7 3 no's - I've got bulging disks in my low back that have flared up so I've been just laying around nursing my back. Been kinda discouraged today so haven't done any tracking but pretty sure I've gone over on calories. This is day 4 so guess I'm out .

I need to update this. Last night I had a late night snack that put me over on my calories so I guess I didn't stay within my calorie range. I know what went wrong...I was so worn out, my back and hands were hurting and I just caved to the pressure. So guess that's my 3rd pass day :(

Monday Dec 6 Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? ✅ 30 minutes of light housework and couple loads of laundry plus 1 hour of cooking/baking then cleaning the kitchen. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day ✅ Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank ✅ Pass days used 2/3

@Healthymumlife i feel ya! I'm in the same boat. The first 2 days of dec turned out to be pass days (not feeling well) so right off the bat I lose 2 days. Saturday dec 4 Exercise- yes, worked in the house for 2 1/2 hours. Got kitchen counter tops rearranged, all my house plants fertilized and trimmed. Christmas tree put up, and some light cleaning done with couple things moved around. Logged/tracked everything I ate- yes Stayed within calories- yes 2/3 days used
