That is the best reason indeed. I have a heart issue, so I can very much relate to that. It is very difficult to believe in yourself sometimes. I know I struggle. But we can do this! We have to.

Thats cool when you can find your rhythm and do what makes you happy with no pressure. I've gone back and forth on that myself. Right now I think I'm just trying to get back to that place. But here I am and I have a plan of action, so I'll be doing what I love before ya know it! Good job man!

I decided to go with the total meal prep plan. So far it’s working great! No guessing on what or how much I’m eating. I’m learning to eat for sustenance instead of pleasure.

I can relate to that. Family is so important and we don't get a second go around as far as I know, at least not in this life. You have some pretty strong reasons! Love it!

As far as I can tell, it is literally only calories in vs calories out. If you aren't sure about how many calories are going in and out..........you definitely have to count them and then adjust accordingly. There is no easy fix.

I'm only on day 3 of meal prep, but I am going to lose 30lbs and tone up ASAP.... and I'm over 40.... BOOM!

Not so much plant based yet, although I'd like to go in that direction. But I am meal prepping for the whole week in advance to lose weight.

Yeah I bet its pretty common. We all seem to have reasons why we go backward. Its hard to get out of the funk sometimes to! But I've won before and its so so worth it! I know you will get there this time and stay there, you have that fire!! Way to go for making it happen!

I'm late to the party, this is day 2 for me: Start Weight:206.8 Goal Weight: 175 Ultimate Goal Weight: 175 Day 1: 206.8 Day 2: 204.8.... no idea how that happened. Both days I weighed myself multiple times.

I am on day 2 of my meal prep fitness plan. Its the first time in forever I've made an effort to work on my body and health. I have the whole week prepped out and its going great! I am so inspired to see results!
