I'm currently working on a mix of calisthenics, strength training, running and whatever ideas I get. But mainly being consistent and in a positive headspace. I'm always look for more support or people to support.

I ran down to the park at 5am and did 100 burpees, 100 sit-ups, 30 pushups and a 3/4 mile run. I've been focusing more on callisthenic type workouts the last 7 days.

I am filling my feed with active fitness peeps. I don't care who or what you do, if you're trying to make it happen, I love to see it! You might get sick of seeing me since I am in the middle of a 75 hard challenge and working out twice a day. But if not.............let's do this!

That's fantastic! Everyone should do what they know they need to do. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Its funny that so many of us would choose differently if there was no one else on our private island.

Well that's a complicated answer. I'm not the biggest fan of my body, but I also won't let that stop me from enjoying the sun and soaking in rays. I won't be impressing anyone I'm sure, but I also won't let insecurities hold me back from living my best life. And one day, with all this working out I do, I'll get both.

Today I went back to the gym to add to my running routine. I worked back, biceps and abs. It's a great start. I am working out 6 days per week right now, alternating run days with gym. I want to see how much I can transform between now and May 12th.
