Putting my neck out here. Mom to 3, put on migraine medication that caused a weight gain of 45lbs over a mere few months. I’m feeling unhappy about it, but the medicine works great for me so not looking to switch. Looking to drop 25lbs as I was underweight and needed to gain some weight for sure.

But due to that I have never counted calories, never worked out, nothing. Just starting today. Add me if you plan on coming on often for accountability!

Howdy! I'm back. After joining MFP in 2015 and losing 130 lbs in one year, I have come to conquer 60 lbs of regain. :s I deleted most of my friends years ago so I am starting from scratch. I'd love to find a supportive community that will help keep me accountable. Let's cheer each other on.

Feel free to add me. Not long ago I used this app every day for four months. I don't know what happened but I just stopped using it. I'm going to back to eating at night and I could use some support and encouragement

Getting back into the grind. I miss my old body and endurance I once had. Nutrition is always the hard part. Stay consistent, that’s the key. Trust the process!

Hi all. I'm back again. Third time and I'm hoping I can make it stick this time. Dr's put me on Ozempic for my diabetes and it is really making a difference in my appetite. Would love to have a few new friends on here to encourage and motivate each other.
