I had a go at sending a bunch of friend requests and am finding about 2/3 of the posters have privacy settings preventing friend requests being sent - so if you're not getting requests after posting here, have a look at your privacy settings and see if that's the issue. I wonder if something changed in the privacy defaults?

So, here I am again after 7 years! I got down to my goal weight in 2018/2019, covid hit and slowly over the years the weight has returned so here I go again on a MFP journey! 2 stone on over 7yrs isnโt bad but I am struggling with my small frame with this extra weight. Hope I can gain some great motivational friends on my journey! Current weight 10st 4lb goal weight 8st 7lb. Feel free to add and we can do this journey together ๐

๐ Hi everyone, Iโm Shane.
Iโve recently joined the Academy and Iโm looking forward to connecting and learning with you all. A bit about me:
- I train 6 days a week (mix of HIIT, cycling, and endurance rides).
- I live with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI), which means managing my nutrition is a bit more complex since fat content directly affects my enzyme dosing (Creon).
- Because of this, I keep my meals balanced, aiming for โค10 g fat per meal/snack, and use MyFitnessPal to carefully track food so I can fuel workouts properly while staying on top of my health.
Iโd love to:
- Swap ideas for pre/post-workout fueling
- Learn about EPI-friendly recipes or low-fat swaps
- Share my experiences using MFP to manage training + medical needs
Really looking forward to getting involved and hearing whatโs worked for others. Thanks for having me! ๐

Hey everyone,
I've been using MFP for a couple of years now, but I stopped using it since last year. I'm back on it now, mostly cause I've gotten a PT and decided to get more seriously in shape by tracking my macros closely.
I mostly do weightlifting and boxing in the gym 3-4 times a week, and I would love to hear about your fitness journey and what got you started!
