    Hello. I've been on MFP for a few years but mostly lurk. I lost my way in healthy eating after some family life events and gained something on the order of a few solar masses.

    But I am back now and back on a system that seems to be working for me. Down almost 20 lbs over the last few months. My pants are looser and I can comfortably fit in a waist size 38 again. Looking forward to the support or friends or whatever.

    I am new to the gym. Started 31-12-2024. My reasons for going was to build strength and to get away eating and drinking what I wanted.
    my goals have now changed as I would prefer to eat better and lose the fat around the centre as well as increasing fitness and strength

    I love being outside and walking the dog
