PW (from the beginning of the week): 151.4 CW: 151.4 The scale hasn't changed, but I lost 1.5 inches of fat from my waist and .5 inch of fat from my hips. I'm bummed that I couldn't contribute this week and that I didn't lose weight. I can see some progression due toโ€ฆ

I used Jillian Michael's older fitness videos and I decreased the amount of junk food that I ate. Small changes can make a big difference. Now, at age 32 I gainedโ€ฆ
  • First of all, nice to meet you, and thank you for asking this question. I started LCHF six days ago. I've lost almost 3 lbs, and I feel great. I've averaged about 70g of carbs a day. I am trying to be gentle with myself and learn as much as I can. Much luck to you!
