I am have 5% carbs 25% protein and 70% fat in my app but my goal is No carb and protein is a minimum and fat is a maximum. But I also have almost unlimited veggies. I count them but I don’t care if all my carbs were from low glyCemic veggies.

Well I did include alcohol in my plan, not a lot, but it was too much for the way in which I was eating so. I ‘over did it’ one day and didn’t drink after day four or five. Still had a great time. Good Morning. Last 1/2 day in Mexico have to head to the airport in the afternoon. As soon as I’ve had some coffee, maybe pack I’ll be down to the poolside til at least noon! Quick check in. Great vacation day and food was good too. I think not so many cals, but all my carbs were all veggies nothing naughty. Did I mention lobster and butter? I don’t want to come home but I am anxious to have my scales back!

Down another 1/2 today which is good. Leaving for the airport in about 6.5 hours and 10 days in the sun. I do have a plan but now that we are here I’m a little nervous. I am going to stay in my calorie range and do my best to keep the carbs low while still treating myself to a daily margarita or two. Two would be 14 carbs…

Another higher carb day than I would have liked. It’s that darn yogurt and you guessed it @baconslave almonds! Especially on a hello fresh day I know I have to be careful with my noon meal. Cals were ok. And the scale this morning was down another .5! Yay. Let’s see what’s in store tomorrow !

Well I liked the scale this morning. Down 1.5 from yesterday haha. I’ve been about 2 lbs per week the last few weeks so we will see if that averages back out. Feeling great. That’s it that’s all.

So I actually came within 200 cals of my 1200 'goal' in MFP for the first time in weeks... of course my carbs are WAY TOO HIGH! I'll see what happens, I'm still under 1200 so for the calories in calories out model today won't hurt me too much. Our family has subscribed to Hello Fresh and having 3 meals a week delivered.…
