Tired today. Increased my walking goal now the weather is nicer. Hitting 10000 steps some days but am averaging closer to 8000.

I love my seniors fitness centre - managed to walk on the treadmill and get in a couple of miles. Minus 24 degrees C today so no walking outside. Feeling sorry for my puppy - she’s cooped up in the condo. Have a great day everyone😊

Hi all. I’m new to this. I’m 68 years old. 5’5” tall 207 pounds. My goal is to lose 50 pounds and be more active. Goals for January Work out 2 days per week. Walk 5/7 days per week - 6000 steps Log in every day Eat healthy Do a stretching routine daily. With help and encouragement I hope to be able to continue to climb…
