Gained a pound this week and am not happy. Weather is defeating me - rain, ice, slippery walking conditions and now weather too cold to go outside. What do you do to remain positive and active when cooped up?
I am back on track - yeah. Counting my calories again and finally managed an outside walk with the dog. Joined a Senior’s Center and will be taking a couple of fitness courses in a week. Hopefully I will survive. Tell us some of your tricks for staying on track - I would love to hear from you:)
